Ktesius is a design-led residential developer, based in London, with a focus on south east England.
The business was established in 2014 by former Northacre CEO Ken MacRae, and 3 other experienced partners, each of whom has a long and successful track record in the residential market.
Ktesius is a design-led development business focused on creating high quality homes and work spaces.
Since formation only 3 years ago we have created several developments within the UK with striking character and value-add.
KEN MACRAE
Founder/CEO of Ktesius
Ken is the founder and CEO of Ktesius, and has overall responsibility for business strategy, investor relations, joint ventures and acquisitions.
He is a former CEO and Finance Director of the leading prime central London Residential developer Northacre PLC, an AIM-Market listed Company (www.northacre.com)
Prior to Northacre, Ken was in Property Finance and Private Equity in the UK and Middle East for almost 20 years, previously as the Head of Property Finance at Deutsche Postbank.

Shareholder & Non-executive Chairman of Ktesius
Clive is a 30+ year veteran of the London property market. He was, until 2011, the Senior Partner of the national property advisory firm, Montagu Evans (www.montagu- evans.co.uk), where he worked for almost 30 years. Clive built the firm into a leading practice in advisory work for property developers and banks.
MALCOLM KERR

Malcolm is one of London’s top Planning and Development Consultants and an advisor to various large domestic and international development groups on London planning maJors.
He is the founder and Senior Partner of Planning, Development & Regeneration Consultancy ‘dp9’, (www.dp9.co.uk), which is one of Londons top planning and development advisory firms.
TREVOR McCLYMONT
Development Director
Trevor is Ktesius’ Development Director and has over 30 years of experience in developing residential projects. His experience extends through acquisitions, the planning process, contracting and all aspects of property development & sales.
Trevor has a Bachelors Degree in Town & Country Planning and a MSc in Sustainable Urban Development from Oxford University.
JENS BEZUIDENHOUT
Design Director
Jens is an experienced property developer and design consultant based in Madrid and with live projects in the U.K. and South Africa.
In 2009 he set up CUE design agents www.cueagents.com, focusing on the high-end residential development sector, hotel, and hospitality, including design consulting and procurement.
He is now also the Design Director of Ktesius and leads the Spanish development initiative.
